• Directors -  we have two in-house and lots of brilliant freelance people to match the job.
• Production timeline – the start to finish of what we do and what you need to get the job done in a format that everyone understands.
• Producers – yes, they do produce.
• Shooting format – digital, film, high definition, video….  It's all about selecting the right shooting format for the job.
• Location surveys – finding the right location and working out all the logistics.
• Crew selection & booking – DOP, Gaffer, Focus Puller... putting together the right people to get the job done.
• Sets & props – all the bits that make it look real.
• Music – using library music or having a unique composition created and recorded.
• Final format – broadcast, DVD, multimedia… how it will be screened and what format is required.
• Talent casting – great scripts are made better with the right talent…we find them.
• Shooting plan – shot lists, storyboards, timing, shot sequencing, equipment listing, lighting plans.
• Budget – documenting every cost before we do it, so you always know the final figure.
